How to eat Banawe properly
Do not treat it as one meal. The strip rewards splitting an evening across two or three rooms — dim sum at one, noodles at another, roast meats to take home. Distances are short enough that this is genuinely practical, and it is how the neighbourhood is actually used by the people who live there.
Weekend lunch is the busiest service, particularly at the dim sum houses. Weeknights are calmer and most of these kitchens run the same menu.
